ZVEDU Tese Concert Slated for Saturday…to Celebrate the Spirit of Respect, Talent, and Christmas Cheer
THE Precious Children’s Arts Organisation (PICA) will this Saturday host the ZVEDU Tese concert, a vibrant celebration of youth and children in performing arts, at the Presbyterian Church Hall, Greencroft in Harare.
This remarkable event brings together five dynamic performing groups: Elysium Magna, Team Mamero, House of Talents, Simba Arts and PICA. Each group promises to deliver captivating performances, showcasing their exceptional creativity in theatre, dance, poetry, music and other acts.
Chipo Basopo PICA Executive Director said, “Zvedu Tese is a celebration of what our youth and children can achieve when given the platform and support to showcase their talents.”
“It’s a time to reflect on the spirit of Christmas by sharing joy and inspiring one another through the arts,” she said.
“We promise an unforgettable experience!” added Basopo.
The ZVEDU Tese concert embodies the spirit of Christmas- a season of sharing, loving, and giving. It is a platform to highlight the diversity of Zimbabwe’s youth and their incredible artistic talents.
In a statement Basopo explained, ”This production is more than just a show; it’s a powerful reminder of the importance of coming together as a community to celebrate and support the next generation of artists.”

According to PICA, in addition to the performances, the concert will foster a sense of community as families, friends, and neighbors gather to celebrate and support young talents.
