Shihan Wilfred Mashaya, a multi-award-winning expert in the art of Kobudo, touches down in the UK for the prestigious WMAC Welsh Open International Tournament.
The event is scheduled to take place on November 24th at the Ebbw Vale Leisure Centre in South Wales.
The WMAC event boasts an impressive array of categories, including points fighting, continuous fighting, low kicks, traditional forms, creative forms, freestyle forms, xtreme forms, and weapon forms.
Shihan Mashaya’s expertise in Kobudo, a traditional Okinawan weapons discipline will be put to test once again at his second appearance in the UK this year, and he will be competing in traditional weapons, creative weapons, freestyle weapons and extreme weapons.
“I’m feeling confident and focused ahead of the tournament,” Shihan Mashaya said.
“The UK has been a fantastic platform for me this year, and I’m excited to bring my skills to the Welsh Open International Tournament. The competition will be fierce, but I’m ready to give it my all and make my mark.”
