PRINCE Dube continues his goal-scoring form in an impressive debut season for Tanzanian top-flight league club, Azam FC.
The Warriors striker took his tally to 13 goals for the season after scoring a brace in his side’s 2-1 win over Polisi Tanzania FC in a round of 16 matches of the Tanzania Sports Federation Cup.
The 26-year-old’s progress has been hampered by injury. After a six-week absence with an ankle injury, Dube returned to power Azam FC to a 1-0 win over Yanga on Sunday.
The former Highlanders striker leads the chasing pack for the 2020/21 golden boot with 14 goals and six assists.
Azam FC has brought out the best of Dube as his 14 goals have doubled what he managed in his best season with Bulawayo giants Highlanders.
Dube’s team are currently sitting in position three with 54 points.
