BREAKING: Support Unit Shocks NABA in Home Turf Triumph
DAY two of the Harare Volleyball Premier League second week started off with an upset after NABA Men fell to bogey side, Support Unit 1-3 at Morris Depot on Sunday morning.
NABA has always had the upper hand over Support Unit though triumphing by smaller margins.
However, probably buoyed by home conditions, playing in their backyard, Support ran riot in the match that kicked off at 8.30 am this morning.
The Citizens’ Men, Harare City, also thrashed Mambas 3-1 in the match concurrently with the NABA, Support encounter.
In the Women’s games concluded so far, Jewels smashed Pythons 3-1. The games are still underway at Morris Depot in the capital.
